MA Real Estate License Renewal Requirements

Massachusetts regulations require all real estate licensees to complete 12 hours of approved continuing education every two years before their license expires (on their birthday). Yes, Keep Me Certified (license #1268) is a fully accredited online real estate school (since 2012) by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. We were also one of the first schools approved to teach the Real Estate License Exam Prep course online.
Not a problem. Our courses are produced in 2 credit-hour segments so you can register for our full 12-credit course package or individually, whatever you need.
Yes, our system remembers where you left off so if you log out and back in to continue a video that you have not already completed, you can fast forward and rewind within the portion of the video that you have already seen. You can do this by clicking in the video progress bar in the video player.
Immediately after completing a course, you will receive an individual certificate for that course. It can be downloaded directly from the classroom. You will receive one certificate per course, not one certificate for all courses.
We take many of the same security measures as major online retailers to ensure the security of your credit card number. You will notice that our website is delivered over https which is a secure transfer protocol. We also do not store your credit card number on our servers.

Just like watching a show on Comcast, Netflix, or Hulu, when something goes wrong, refresh the page and you should be all set to continue from where you left off. To refresh on a PC, push Control F5 (the f5 key at the top of your keyboard). Our system will remember where you left off but you can also fast forward back to where you were. On a Mac hit Command R on your keyboard.
Generally this is a "self-healing" process, but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off. From a pc, the best way to refresh the page is by hitting Control F5 on your keyboard. On a Mac hit Command R. That does a full refresh on your browser. To fast forward, you can click on the "progress" bar that pops up when you hover over the video as it's playing. Complete all videos in a course topic and you will receive your certificate. Then repeat with whichever course you want to complete next.
